when i try to do the training i get the grey screen and also in levels where there appears to be trees and the like. It seems that i can play levels in the game that don't have vegetation on the screen? like the levels in n. That grey screen (12:53am est wed aug 14 2002) if anyone knows were one is i would be very happy.

Tried to read from a zip file gfx/2d/backtile.tga that was not open. I press ctrl+alt+del and find out in “mohaa console window” says this: Loaded the game and a grey screen appeared and stayed that way. I have just purchased and installed allied assualt but i cannot seem to get to play the game. but you might want to look into what type of fan you have. this is just an idea of what could be wrong with your computer. if you dont have a nice cpu fan it can cause problems such as gray screen pop ups or freezes, and various other abnormalities. more polygons, your cpu is having to do more work and thus heating as they normally do. possibly on certain levels with more activity, eg. I look at the reqirements on my computer and the game, it seems to far exceed the minimum requirements.

by the way, mohaa is a great game–a step below return to castle wolfenstein for single player and a step above for multiplayer, if you ask me. so, download the darn patch so i can fill ya full of holes already. the one downside to the patch is that the in-game browser lists all games, but you will only be able to join games that have the patch installed. the patch includes several changes, but the most important one is an in-game server browser that allows you to fish for multiplayer games without having to shut down the game and load gamespy–how annoying was that? the patch also tries to correct lag and more server support. Love the game, hated the multiplayer match-up? then you're in luck: electronic arts just released a patch for its great world war ii era first-person shooter, medal of honor: allied assault.
